Waiting for my master

Saw this cutie-pie tied outside a restaurant while the owners ate lunch. When we walked past that restaurant 3 hours later, he was still tied there. The temperatures were -4 degrees and -7 degrees respectively. If you want to travel with your pets, PLEASE remember to secure them where they aren’t exposed to the elements.
